A man from Madisonville, Tennessee is in jail accused of traveling to Floyd County to meet someone he thought was a child for sex.
According to the arrest warrants, 25-year old David James Sholtz first contacted the person he believed to be a minor online and engaged in a sexually graphic conversation and sent an explicit photo of himself.
Sholtz is charged with obscene internet contact with a child, use of a computer service to entice a child to commit an illegal act, electronically furnishing obscene materials to a child, and aggravated child molestation.
