A 23-year old Silver Creek woman is accused of stealing lottery tickets.

According to the arrest warrant, Lacee Danielle Howard took 28 packs of lottery tickets from behind the counter of a store on Rockmart Highway.

She then activated the bar codes on the tickets.

Howard is charged with felony theft by taking, theft by shoplifting and giving a false name or address to law enforcement.
