On Wednesday afternoon a single-vehicle accident was reported in the area in front of Georgia Highlands College on 27 South.

According to 911 dispatch, First responders arrived at the scene to find a white Chevy utility van that had possibly flipped several times in a rollover accident. 

Floyd EMS reported only one person in the vehicle had minor injuries.

 Traffic in front of Georgia Highlands was mildly impacted until the vehicle could be removed from the roadway.
