Tater
Etowah Valley Humane Society

Etowah Valley Humane Society Tater
(770) 383-3338

Tater is a lovable, goofy, and kind soul! He was originally adopted from EVHS in January 2023,
when he was just a small pup. After just a few months of fun and family love, Tater was unfortunately
brought back to us when his family passed away in a car accident. Since then, he’s made great strides
in returning back to his silly self. He is constantly making his EVHS caretakers laugh. Tater is currently
placed alongside another smaller-breed dog, and loves having the chance to meet new friends. Not
only that, but he’s great with kids as well!

With the spunk of a puppy, but the kindness of an old soul, Tater really is the all-around package.
He teaches us every day what perseverance and unbridled love can accomplish and would love the
chance to share his love with his new furever family. Tater has come such a long way from when he
was brought back to us, two months ago. With the help of employees and volunteers, he’s blossomed
into a wonderful, confident dog, but what he really needs is a loving family who can give him all of the
cuddles and good memories that he deserves! If Tater is the perfect pet for you, please submit an
adoption application which may be found on our website at www.etowahvellyhumane.org. Visitation
is by appointment only with an approved application on file.

Anna
BarkVille Dog Rescue

Barkville Dog Rescue Anna
(770) 846-8946

Anna is an absolutely adorable pittie mix, born on 11-2-21, weighing 55lbs. She could likely gain another 15lbs. Anna was severely emaciated when she came to BarkVille Dog Rescue, and had been living on the streets. She has come a long way in her foster home, and is reportedly just the sweetest girl! Anna loves everyone she meets – people and dogs of all sizes! She loves kids but still has puppy playfulness, so older kids would be best.

Anna recently completed professional training with Rucker Dog Training, and comes with lifetime advanced sessions. She has excellent leash manners and knows all her basic commands. Anna is still working on her house training, but with consistent potty breaks she does great. This girl is food motivated and is very easy to train! She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about Anna, please email us at [email protected]. If you would like to adopt this sweet girl, please submit an application for her at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications

Nicole
Rome-Floyd Humane Society/P*A*W*S*

Rome-Floyd Humane Society Nicole

(706) 234-7979

UPDATE: Nicole has been adopted from the Rome-Floyd Humane Society. Her “gotcha day” was Saturday, September 2nd. A hearty Pet Patrol congratulations to Nicole and her new “furr-ever” family.

Nicole is almost a year old & has been with us the longest. She is a sweet, fun, gorgeous girl who loves to snuggle & give head butts. Since she has been here at the shelter most of her life, there is a lot that is not known about this beauty. She has no experience with dogs and people (especially the little ones), so it is probably best to come meet her so you can get to know each other.

What we do know is that she has a great personality, and gets along well with other kitties in the shelter, though sometimes a girl just needs some time to herself. Come meet Nicole and find yourself falling in live with your new best friend, starting a new furr-ever relationship.

If you want to meet this beautiful you lady call the shelter to find out about setting a meet-and-greet, or check her out at our website. ***************************************************************************************************************

But he is looking for that chance at that cherised furr-ever home and is sure you and he can be the purrfect team..

Come meet Kevan and fall in love ~ we have.To adopt this pet, please go to hsnwga.org, ‘Adoption’ then ‘Application for Adoption’, to complete an online application to be preapproved. Jerry Lee
Paw Prints Animal Rescue

Paw Prints Animal RescueJerry Lee

(919) 772-9107

Greeting every one, I am Jerry Lee!!! Yes he is named after “The Killer” but I am a very sweet dog. Jerry Lee is one of my foster dogs who was pulled from a high kill shelter and was basically about to be put down. He’s crate trained and walks well on a leash. He is a little hyper when he first gets out of his crate and he loves for you to let him sit in your lap. he likes to hug you and look at himself in the bathroom mirror. He loves to run but he’s pretty strong so you need a good grip. Over all a super dog, he just goes with the flow. I am about a year-and -a-half old and weigh about 50 pounds. The best guess is this guy is a bull dog/Australian cattle dog mix, who is good with kids and other dogs, but not so much with those kitty things. If you want to get to know him a little bit better, give us a call to set up a meeting so you can fall in love with this guy, and he can become your new furry best frind.
