Three people were transported to the hospital for treatment following a three-vehicle wreck on Highway 411 at Chulio Road Wednesday morning.

The crash closed the highway and traffic was diverted onto Callier Springs Road until around 9:15 a.m.

According to Rome Police:

The initial indication is that one vehicle ran the red light and was struck by two other vehicles.

One person had to be extricated from their vehicle.

None of the injuries are considered life-threatening.
