Seven students reviewed minor injuries in an accident involving a school bus in front of West Central Elementary School on Lavender Drive Thursday afternoon.

According to a Rome Police Department report:

Video showed the bus pull up to the school exit, the driver failed to yield and struck a Chevy Silverado.

The bus driver was cited for failure to yield.

Again, there were only minor injuries for the seven students, ages 7 to 10.

The parents were notified and none of the students had to be transported for treatment.
