Rome-Floyd Parks and Recreation is teaming up with the Senior Advisory Council to present the Senior Inforum on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Thornton Recreation Center in Armuchee.
This year’s event invites attendees to embrace the spirit of the Wild West, encouraging everyone to wear their best western attire for a chance to participate in the costume contest.
With an anticipated attendance of approximately 600 senior citizens from across the Northwest Georgia area, the Senior Inforum promises a vibrant day filled with games, socializing, and valuable information from a variety of local senior resource organizations. Several senior exhibitors will be on hand to provide insights and resources tailored to the needs and interests of the senior community. All attendees will enjoy a complimentary Chick-fil-A boxed lunch, adding to the festive and welcoming atmosphere.
