It’s time once again for the Heroes Unified Blood Drive hosted by the Floyd County Police Department and the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.

You can donate blood today from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center located at 5 Government Plaza, Rome.

Mobile units will also be set up at the Floyd County Jail, located at 2526 New Calhoun Hwy, from 6 to 11:30 a.m.

If you donate in June, you will receive a $20 eGift card to your email address on file with Blood Assurance.

Please remember to drink extra water, avoid energy drinks, eat a good meal, and bring your identification.
