A Marietta woman was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Wednesday on a felony theft charge of lost or mislaid property.
According to the arrest warrant:
54-year-old Kammie S. Richardson was seen taking a bag left in a shopping cart at Sam’s Club on Redmond Circle on December 12.
The bag contained unspecified items, valued at $2,000.
Richardson never made any reasonable effort to return the items to the rightful owner.
