A Kingston man has been charged in a burglary that was reported back in May of 2023.
According to an arrest warrant:
31-year-old Lukas Shane Franks entered a semi-trailer that was being used for storage on McHenry Drive.
He was seen attempting to open a safe using various tools.
Franks, who also has an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Alabama, is charged with 2nd-degree burglary, 2nd-degree criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, fugitive from justice, and a probation violation.
