On Thursday afternoon, children in the Rome/Floyd area celebrated Halloween with the 2024 Downtown Rome Trick-or-Treat event.
The annual gathering, hosted by Downtown Rome, provided a family-friendly, free event where kids aged 12 and under could trick-or-treat through local businesses and properties.
The Halloween celebration drew large crowds, filling the streets with costumed families enjoying the festive atmosphere.
Rome/Floyd Public Safety Officials, along with community partners, set up a designated trick-or-treat area at the Law Enforcement Center, adding to the fun and safe experience for the community.
