The Rome Alcohol Control Commission will consider a distillery license request at River Remedy on Glenn Milner Boulevard when they meet on Monday.
The owner, Justin Shepherd currently has a beer manufacturing license at the location.
Other agenda items for Monday’s meeting include a new beer and wine package license at Maple Food Mart at 2017 Maple Avenue and a license Hearing for Garden Lakes Food & Beverage at 2022 Redmond Circle for drinking inside the establishment, which has no pouring license.
Monday’s ACC meeting begins at 5 p.m. at Rome City Hall.
