Discussions regarding ethics, protests on public property, and litigation are on the agenda for Monday’s Rome City Commission meeting.
The caucus starts at 5 p.m. and commissioners will go into a confidential executive session to discuss litigation.
During the regular meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m., a vote on a proposed assembly permit ordinance is on the agenda.
Then the selection of an ethics panel is expected to take place after the conclusion of the meeting.
