Report: Man set fire to residence with three people inside

A homeless man is accused of intentionally setting fire to a West Rome residence.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Three people were inside the structure on Mississippi Drive at the time of the incident on Thursday.

40-year-old Michael Alamia is charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault.
