FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

According to Floyd County jail records , 23 year old Dakota Godfrey is being charged with Battery (Family Violence and Violence against a person 65 years or older), and intimidation of an elderly person.

Police say that Godfrey allegedly pushed his 75 year old grandmother during an argument, and also slapped his Girlfriend leaving a red place on her cheek. The location of the offense occurred on McGrady rd in Rome GA
