FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 53-year old Rome man was jailed Friday on charges of aggravated assault and public drunk.

According to Floyd County Jail records, Billy Robert Kelly of a Dodd Boulevard address attempted to stab a woman with a pair of scissors.

Kelly was arrested at a location on Chambers Street, according to the report.
