Floyd County Commissioners are expected to approve a number of items on its consent agenda when they meet Tuesday evening.
Those items include the final approval of the sale of the former recycling center located at 405 Watters Street and authorize the Chair to sign a deed from Floyd County to Scorpion Properties, LLC.
The purchase of a bomb squad vehicle and the purchase of five pre-owned Dodge Chargers from Calhoun Police are also on the consent agenda along with new fee schedules for Rome-Floyd Parks & Recreation.
Commissioners are also expected to make appointments to various boards, read a proclamation for Retired Educators Day and recognize county employees for years of service.
The caucus begins at 4 p.m. with the regular commission meeting to follow at 6.
