FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Rockmart man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Thursday on charges of conspiracy to violate Georgia’s Controlled Substances Act and use of a communication device in facilitating the commission of a felony.

According to the arrest warrant, 50-year old Johnny Shane Estes used a cell phone for the purpose of arranging a purchase of methamphetamine back on August 8 at a location on DeSoto Avenue in Rome.
