FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A 22-year old Rome man was jailed Monday on felony warrants charging him with two counts of child molestation.

According to the warrants, Samuel Anthony Ruth molested a child under the age of 10 at his residence on Pleasant Valley Road between January 1 and April 28 of this year.

A second incident occurred April 28 on a different property on Pleasant Valley Road, according to the warrants.
