The State of Georgia saw 892 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday.
According to the Georgia Department of Public Health, there were 64,701 total cases on Sunday, which is up from 63,809 on Saturday.
There were also 27 additional hospitalizations from Saturday to Sunday.
In Northwest Georgia, Bartow County has had the most positive tests since the pandemic began with 596.
39 Bartow County residents have died.
Floyd County is at 414 total cases and remains at 15 deaths.
Gordon County is at 291 total cases and 18 deaths.
Polk County has seen 178 positive test results since March with only one death.
Chattooga County has seen 49 total case and two deaths.
