The Floyd County Commission will discuss a parking ordinance amendment when they meet Tuesday night.
If approved, parking at all county-owned buildings would have a one-hour limit and would be enforced using license plate readers.
A vote is expected following a public hearing.
The commission is also expected to vote on a recommendation from the purchasing department to approve American Ramp Company for renovations at Etowah Skate Park.
The $150,000 is funded by the 2017 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax.
Tuesday’s meeting begins at 6 pm at the County Administration Building on 4th Avenue.
During the caucus, which starts at 4 pm, commissioners will get an update from AdventHealth Redmond.
Both meetings are open to the public.
