FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS

A Carrollton man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Sunday on a felony warrant charging him with theft by receiving stolen property.

According to the warrant, 45-year old Jeffrey Allen Fueston was in possession of a firearm that he knew or should have known had been stolen between August 8 and September 16 of this year.

The warrant also states that Fueston took possession of the gun when he knew the owner was deceased.

Meanwhile, 40-year old Amanda Leigh Fueston, also of Carrollton, was arrested on a felony count of being a party to the crime of identity fraud.

According to police, she signed her name as a witness to a fraudulent Notary.
