A 35-year old man has been arrested after he allegedly threw a wooden baseball bat at another person outside of a convenience store on Maple Road in Lindale back on December 4.

According to the arrest warrant, Gregory Lee Holden of Lindale also drew a handgun from his waistband while approaching the victim, who was able to retreat inside the store to avoid being harmed.

Holden is charged with aggravated assault.
