ROME CITY SCHOOLS

In advance of the May 24 vote on the extension of a penny sales tax for education, the Rome City School System is holding a series of informational meetings.

The ESPLOST was discussed at West End Elementary Tuesday evening.

Wednesday, a meeting will be held at Rome Middle School.

The rest of the schedule looks like this:

East Central on Thursday night, West Central on May 2

Anna K. Davie on May 3.

All sessions will be held in each school’s cafeteria at 5:30 p.m.
