FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
Two Silver Creek residents are accused of leaving a four-year-old child locked outside without access to food, water, or shelter while they slept inside.
21-year-old Triston Drake Bright and 23-year-old Angelica Katharine Brown are both charged with 1st-degree cruelty to children.
Bright was also charged with false imprisonment for confining a woman inside a bedroom at the home on Old Rockmart Road., not allowing her to answer the door.
He is also charged with obstruction for refusing to follow commands at the jail and for stepping toward a deputy in an aggressive manner.
