Alabama man charged with felony theft by shoplifting
A Cedar Bluff, Alabama, man was booked into the Floyd County Jail on Wednesday and charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
According to the arrest warrant:
56-year-old Jerry Eugene McClain entered the U-Haul store on Shorter Avenue back on January 23, where he picked up a tow hitch, concealed it, and left the store without paying.
The tow hitch is valued at $808.
Man charged with aggravated stalking
A Silver Creek man has been charged with four counts of aggravated stalking, felony bail jumping, and two counts of failure to appear in court.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
33-year-old Frederick Jamal Hughes violated conditional bonds that stated he was to have no contact with the victims in a child cruelty case.
